Pay Rate:$35.00 - $39.50/hr

Job Purpose

In this role, you will perform professional and technical recruiting activities (sourcing, screening, interviewing) while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines. This position is especially focused on recruiting for technical (IT) positions. You will also implement college relations, recruitment, and high school development programs to build a pipeline of talent.



Essential Duties & Job Functions

  • Manage professional/technical and non-technical recruiting activities, including developing job descriptions, engaging search firms, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
  • Develop and maintain tracking and applicant flow processes.
  • Collaborate with search firms, employment agencies, and advertise roles in relevant channels.
  • Build and maintain college and high school partnerships to support long-term recruitment efforts.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities with the HR team to ensure consistency of corporate policies.
  • Provide daily guidance to managers, supervisors, and applicants to ensure fair and consistent policy administration.
  • Meet attendance and extended-hour requirements as needed.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PHR or SPHR certification.
  • Ability to work across multi-functional areas.
  • Strong self-starter with high initiative.
  • Ability to gain confidence of management through consistent high performance.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR operations and administration.
  • Strong planning, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • High integrity and reliability.
