Position Summary




Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst, Project Management to support scalable processes, tools, reporting, and governance that enable successful product launches and business initiatives. This role serves as a key business partner across Inventory Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders — owning launch tracking, building executive-ready reporting, and driving operational excellence through process improvement and data-driven insights.







Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain product launch governance tools, trackers, timelines, and templates supporting new product introductions and business initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness activities, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables are identified, monitored, and communicated
  • Support launch planning, execution, and post-launch review, including action logs, decision tracking, and issue escalation
  • Partner with stakeholders to proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting launch timing, readiness, site activation, or adoption
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting covering launch readiness, site activation, adoption rates, utilization trends, milestones, and risk mitigation plans
  • Analyze business trends and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency
  • Create recurring and ad hoc reports delivering actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders
  • Monitor post-launch adoption and utilization metrics, identifying barriers and opportunities to improve engagement
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline reporting activities
  • Partner with technical and business teams on system enhancements, testing, validation, and implementation
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and business validation for new processes, dashboards, and system enhancements
  • Establish strong cross-functional relationships and maintain effective communication with business partners and project stakeholders
  • Support training, communication, and change management activities related to new tools, processes, and product launches







Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, Project Management, or related discipline
  • Experience supporting business operations, commercial operations, project management, product launches, or process improvement initiatives







Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting product launch, commercialization, or launch readiness activities preferred
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar reporting platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, and business process automation tools preferred
  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or another regulated industry environment preferred
  • Exposure to project management methodologies and governance frameworks preferred
