Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage and support a variety of brand and creative projects within a corporate marketing team. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional marketing projects, including inbound and outbound campaigns.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders and creative teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Strategizing and building project plans that enhance project management and operations.
- Managing project teams and external agency partners for optimal return-on-investment.
- Identifying key requirements from cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Developing and managing budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assessing risks, identifying opportunities, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Streamlining workflows and identifying process inefficiencies for continuous improvement.
- Preparing and presenting clear progress and activity reports to stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Job Functions
- Collaborate across corporate marketing teams to drive project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain accountability for the success of multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Foster effective communication and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Monitor and track progress, proactively resolving challenges as they arise.
Knowledge & Skills
Must Have:
- Budget management experience.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Workfront experience a plus).
- Strong skills in project planning and resource management.
- Risk analysis and mitigation expertise.
- Solutions-oriented with strong stakeholder and vendor management.
Nice to Have:
- PMP certification.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of marketing experience, including digital and cross-channel campaigns.
- Experience working in an agency, consultancy, or in-house studio environment.
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure and process to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and creative campaign management.
- Proven track record of problem-solving, innovation, and execution excellence.
