Oracle Webcenter Content Developer III

We are seeking an experienced Oracle WebCenter Content Developer to provide technical development, configuration, and production support for Oracle WebCenter Content 12c and Oracle WebCenter Forms Recognition/Capture 12c environments.
This role will work closely with business users and a large Oracle support team to deliver content management solutions, troubleshoot issues, support application enhancements, and participate in change management and service delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, and support Oracle WebCenter Content 12c (UCM/Stellent), including RIDC.
- Develop and support Oracle WebCenter Forms Recognition and Capture 12c (IPM/WFR/Capture).
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Perform application troubleshooting, incident resolution, and ongoing production support.
- Manage batch file loads, content updates, profiles, metadata configurations, and business rules within WebCenter Content.
- Support AP users with invoice-related issues involving WFR and Capture.
- Participate in application maintenance, upgrades, change management, and SOX-related controls as applicable.
- Track deliverables and provide status reporting to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve ECM support processes, application performance, and service delivery.
- Apply established project management methodologies and best practices when supporting project initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience configuring and customizing Oracle WebCenter Content 12c (UCM/Stellent), including RIDC.
- 2–3 years of experience with Oracle WebCenter Forms Recognition and Capture 12c.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) concepts and processes, including:
- Taxonomies
- Records management
- Metadata
- Workflows
- Search
- Security
- Experience migrating content from legacy repositories into Oracle WebCenter Content.
- Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Oracle databases.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business users and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, JSP, or React.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and SQL.
- Experience with Elasticsearch.
- Experience integrating Oracle WebCenter Content with enterprise business applications.
- Experience developing custom user interfaces for WebCenter Content.
- Linux system administration experience, including building and maintaining application environments.
