Max Pay Rate:$29-34/hour
Work Schedule
- Training: 5 days per week onsite
- After Training: Monday–Thursday onsite; Friday remote

Position Overview
We are seeking a Service Coordinator
to provide administrative and customer service support. This role will assist customers with questions regarding service jobs, scheduling, and general inquiries while coordinating closely with field crews and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, be comfortable handling phone and email inquiries, and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers with questions regarding service jobs and scheduling
- Schedule and coordinate jobs with field crews
- Work directly with crews to address questions and scheduling needs
- Manage and update field service calendars
- Process customer refunds as needed
- Provide general administrative and customer service support
- Maintain accurate records and information
- Assist with additional administrative projects and responsibilities as needed
