The Construction Manager (CM) is a key leadership role responsible for the safe, high-quality contractually and
engineering compliant construction on-time, and financially successful execution of utility-scale renewable energy
projects. The CM plays a central role throughout the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning and
mobilization through construction execution, commissioning, closeout, and demobilization.
Working in close partnership with the Project Manager (PM) and Assistant Project Manager (APM), the
Construction Manager leads field execution, drives on-time production performance, safeguards project scope, and
serves as the primary on-site client interface
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressively responsible construction experience.
- Prior experience on utility-scale solar or renewable energy projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of EPC contracts, construction sequencing, and field execution.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
