This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing marketing technologies, particularly the customer data platform (CDP) and marketing automation systems. The analyst will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring best practices in data management, campaign automation, and system optimization to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance CDP and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Data Cloud, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implement platform updates and integrations.
- Collaborate across teams to support data-driven marketing programs, including lead management, nurturing, and database integrity.
- Analyze data and metrics to troubleshoot, optimize, and report on campaign and platform performance.
- Lead or participate in projects involving system upgrades, migrations, testing, and documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to users to drive platform adoption and effective usage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4–5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
- 3–4+ years of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and Pardot administration, with certifications preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and B2B sales cycle impact via digital marketing.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and query strings is a plus.
