Pay Rate Range:$58-63/ph



Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead and manage a globally marketed oncology tissue IVD assay within the precision medicine space. You will define strategy, support global commercialization efforts, and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure product success and continued market expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and maintaining the business strategy for a globally available comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) assay used in oncology.
  • Collaborating with commercial and marketing teams to plan and execute annual sales targets.
  • Partnering cross-functionally to enable product adoption, including with medical affairs and regional stakeholders.
  • Conducting market assessments, identifying trends and gaps, and evaluating the competitive landscape.

Essential Duties and Job Functions:

  • Support global product lifecycle activities, including product updates and market expansion initiatives.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and represent product management on core teams to guide tradeoff decisions and prioritization.
  • Align portfolio activities across teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide strategic guidance on the CGP assay and engage with key customers and partners to understand and address market needs.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proven experience developing and sustaining molecular diagnostic products in LDT or IVD environments.
  • Deep understanding of oncology molecular testing markets and clinical workflows from sample to result.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory and reimbursement frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights and execute on both strategy and operational detail.
  • Expertise in market research, VOC analysis, market modeling, and pricing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for business modeling.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, marketing, or a genomics-related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in product management, ideally in molecular diagnostics.
  • At least 5 years in marketing, sales, or a related customer-facing role in life sciences or clinical diagnostics (an advanced degree may offset years of experience).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
