About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with a strong focus on supply chain operations to support data-driven decision-making across procurement, inventory, logistics, and demand planning. The ideal candidate will transform complex operational data into actionable insights that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data related to inventory, transportation, procurement, warehousing, and customer demand.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor operational performance and identify trends.
  • Support forecasting and demand planning through statistical analysis and data modelling.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, finance, and operations.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for supply chain disruptions, delays, or inventory variances.
  • Maintain and improve data accuracy, integrity, and reporting processes.
  • Automate recurring reports and data workflows where possible.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within supply chain, logistics, or operations.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with statistical modelling and predictive analytics.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or distribution environments.
