· A large, multi-site organisation is seeking a Systems Analyst to support the configuration, integrity, and controlled change of business-critical enterprise systems.
· This role focuses on the hands-on management of system configuration and master data across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate, reliable, and scalable outcomes for operational teams. You will work closely with product, delivery, operations, and external vendors to analyse requirements, implement system changes, and support stable releases into production environments.
· The role suits someone who enjoys working deep in systems, understands how data flows end-to-end, and is comfortable operating in environments where accuracy and reliability are critical.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform hands-on configuration, maintenance, and validation of master data across multiple enterprise systems and third-party integrations.
· Analyse system and data requirements to support operational changes, enhancements, and new releases.
· Execute end-to-end master data management activities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability across all platforms.
· Support system changes across the technology landscape, including configuration updates, enhancements, and deployments.
· Act as a key liaison between technology, operations, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure system changes align with business requirements.
· Design, document, and maintain system processes, data flows, and change procedures.
· Plan and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test scenarios, execution, defect triage, and sign-off.
· Maintain governance and controls across test, lab, and non-production environments to protect production systems.
Skills & Experience
· Experience working as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role within complex enterprise environments.
· Strong hands-on experience with system configuration and master data management.
· Experience working within complex retail, hospitality, QSR or multi-site operational technology environments.
· Specific “Menu technology platforms” knowledge would be considered a distinct advantage
· Experience supporting integrated platforms such as transactional systems, operational systems, or customer-facing applications.
· Solid understanding of system change management, release processes, and testing practices.
· Experience working with Agile or Kanban delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA (or equivalent).
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand end-to-end system and data flows.
