Job Summary
This role supports system data integrity, deployment planning, and transition readiness initiatives within utility operations systems. The position assists with crew deployment updates, data cleanup activities, and documentation support for system migration efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and capable of supporting business system analysis activities under direct supervision.
Education Requirement
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Execute crew changes within CAD systems to maintain accurate deployment plans and personnel records
- Maintain and update deployment plans within operational systems
- Perform ad-hoc data cleanup within OMS and related Transmission & Distribution (T&D) systems
- Support data integrity initiatives in preparation for ADMS migration
- Assist with documentation and validation efforts to support system transition readiness
- Support SAP notification data cleanup and related system updates
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of data management principles
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to analyze business and system requirements under supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Desired Skills
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools
- Basic understanding of Transmission & Distribution (T&D) systems
- Familiarity with client-server applications
- Experience supporting moderately complex applications
- Ability to model, analyze, design, test, implement, and maintain system applications
Additional Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to assist in analyzing business and user needs
- Ability to help define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding
- Experience documenting requirements and revising system logic issues under direction of senior analysts
- Understanding of how technology solutions impact business operations
- Ability to consider business implications when applying technology solutions
- 0–3 years of experience performing systems development or support activities preferred
