Role: Technology Operations Analyst – Master Data

· A large, multi-site consumer-facing organisation is seeking an experienced technology delivery professional to manage master data services and coordinated system changes across a complex technology landscape.
· This role sits at the intersection of systems, data, and delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and controlled deployment of data and system changes across multiple platforms that support day-to-day operations. The role requires a hands-on approach combined with strong coordination across internal teams, external vendors, and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform hands-on configuration, maintenance, and validation of product, menu, and operational data across multiple enterprise systems and third-party integrations.
· Execute end-to-end master data management activities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability across all supported platforms.
· Plan, coordinate, and deliver system and configuration changes, including enhancements, releases, and market or site deployments.
· Act as a central point of coordination between delivery teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders to ensure aligned execution against scope, timelines, and quality standards.
· Design, maintain, and continuously improve processes for prioritisation, scheduling, testing, and release management.
· Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) planning, execution, and sign-off to ensure stable, high-quality releases into production environments.
· Maintain governance and controls across test and non-production environments to protect live systems.
· Ensure accurate and timely distribution of system and data updates to operational sites and third parties.
· Investigate, triage, and resolve system or data issues, escalating risks and impacts where appropriate.
· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across systems, data, and delivery practices.
· Contribute to delivery governance forums through clear reporting, risk management, and post-implementation reviews.
Experience
· Experience working within complex retail, hospitality, QSR or multi-site operational technology environments.
· Specific “Menu technology platforms” knowledge would be considered a distinct advantage
· Proven hands-on experience managing master data and executing system or configuration changes at scale.
· Strong understanding of change management, release management, and delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, Kanban).
· Experience using delivery and tracking tools such as JIRA or equivalent.
· High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
