Job Summary
The Training Specialist is responsible for delivering a seamless and positive experience for all users of the learning management system (LMS), including end-users, instructors, and content owners. This role supports and represents the global quality training program by providing user assistance, ensuring data integrity, and partnering on system-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide ongoing front-end LMS user support (e.g., course assignments, training registrations) and resolve moderately complex system issues.
- Configure training-related profiles and assignments to support user completion tracking.
- Test and execute validation scripts as part of system quality checks.
- Create and maintain course data while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct data audits to monitor quality and integrity; propose and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Assist end-users with report generation and provide reporting support during audits.
- Contribute to smaller quality systems training projects as required.
- Partner with internal team members and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve support tickets.
- Perform other incidental duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and LMS platforms.
- Ability to provide and receive feedback in a professional, constructive manner.
- High degree of initiative, organization, and recordkeeping.
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and requirements related to quality programs.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience required.
