Pay range:$38.00 - $42.00 /hour




The Training Specialist is responsible for delivering a seamless and positive experience for all users of the learning system, including end-users, instructors, and content owners. This role supports and represents a multi-faceted global quality training system program.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing user support for the LMS, including training assignments, registrations, and issue resolution.
  • Configure user profiles related to training assignments and completion tracking.
  • Test and execute validation scripts to ensure system accuracy.
  • Manage data tasks such as creating and maintaining courses.
  • Conduct regular audits of data to maintain accuracy and integrity, identify issues, and execute data clean-up solutions.
  • Assist end-users with running reports and provide reporting support during regulatory audits.
  • Support smaller quality systems training projects as needed.
  • Resolve system issues reported through support tickets in partnership with vendors and team members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and LMS platforms.
  • Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional and tactful manner.
  • High level of initiative, organizational ability, and recordkeeping skills.
  • Knowledge of quality programs, including relevant policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Capable of working independently within established procedures.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across teams and departments.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience.
