The Training Specialist is responsible for delivering a seamless and positive experience for all users of the learning system, including end-users, instructors, and content owners. This role supports and represents a multi-faceted global quality training system program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing user support for the LMS, including training assignments, registrations, and issue resolution.
- Configure user profiles related to training assignments and completion tracking.
- Test and execute validation scripts to ensure system accuracy.
- Manage data tasks such as creating and maintaining courses.
- Conduct regular audits of data to maintain accuracy and integrity, identify issues, and execute data clean-up solutions.
- Assist end-users with running reports and provide reporting support during regulatory audits.
- Support smaller quality systems training projects as needed.
- Resolve system issues reported through support tickets in partnership with vendors and team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and LMS platforms.
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional and tactful manner.
- High level of initiative, organizational ability, and recordkeeping skills.
- Knowledge of quality programs, including relevant policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
