About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vehicle Operations Specialist to support vehicle logistics, lot management, and quality processes. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, safe and efficient vehicle workflows, and exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work closely with on-site managers and cross-functional teams, playing a key role in daily operations and long-term success.




What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate vehicle workflows by setting schedules, prioritizing tasks, and requesting resources.
  • Manage charging station capacity and maintenance based on customer demand.
  • Oversee lot safety, ensuring clear and usable drive lanes at all times.
  • Perform final quality checks and create accurate service orders.
  • Support vehicle wash, detailing, or paint correction activities to maintain product quality.
  • Prepare and validate delivery paperwork, scan/file dealer jackets, and ship completed files to central processing.
  • Conduct audits (security, inventory, asset location) and communicate findings to management.
  • Monitor supply and inventory levels, requesting replenishment as needed.
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory, completing Bill of Lading (BOL) paperwork.
  • Prepare, inspect, and stage vehicles for remarketing and auction transport.
  • Collaborate with on-site and remote teams, proactively communicating roadblocks and solutions.
  • Transport vehicles safely, working in various weather conditions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support cross-market operations as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or lot management.
  • Previous EV or detailing experience is a plus.
  • At least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
  • Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and internal platforms).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and travel up to 40% of the time.
