As an Associate Consultant at the Hydrogen Group, I specialise in advising lawyers on milestones throughout their career. I tend to take a longer-term relationship focused approach which lends itself to better understanding and delivering on what candidates and clients are really looking for.

Prior to Hydrogen, I graduated from Newcastle University with a Law degree and worked as a specialist legal head-hunter at a boutique executive search firm where I focused on advising and placing transactional associates. My consultative approach provides in-depth guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring both candidates and clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
