This role offers exposure to complex, high-value litigation across the DIFC and ADGM courts, acting for a broad client base including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support on sophisticated litigation matters before the DIFC and ADGM courts
- Work closely with partners and senior team members on strategic disputes
- Assist in advising clients on cross-border disputes, enforcement strategies, and regulatory issues
- Take ownership of discrete workstreams, including drafting, research, and case management
- Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management
Candidate Profile:
- UK, Australian, or equivalent common law qualification
- 4–5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
- Exposure to DIFC and/or ADGM proceedings is advantageous but not essential
- Strong drafting and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and a genuine interest in developing a Middle East practice
