Role Summary:
The Administrative Assistant – Level 2 provides mid-level administrative support within the Credit and Payment Services organization. This role requires general knowledge of office software, filing systems, and departmental processes. The candidate will assist with routine correspondence, scheduling, data management, and departmental support while working under general supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer routine inquiries and prepare standard correspondence.
- Operate office software (email, spreadsheets, databases) and maintain personal information systems.
- Schedule meetings and assist with office setup for new hires, including computers and supplies.
- Provide desk support for active, inactive, risk, or AMP areas; assist credit administrators with assurity bonds, CDs, and Letters of Credit.
- Manage bonds, oversee credit checks, and maintain the bills box.
- Reconcile payments, address duplicate payment issues, and collaborate with Revenue Protection team.
- Handle mailroom duties and departmental support as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; 1–2 years of office/administrative experience or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
- Ability to coordinate schedules for multiple departments.
