JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant

LOCATION: Juno Beach, FL

SCHEDULE: Standard Office Hours

DURATION: 12-Month Contract

PAY:$15.85/hr


Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide administrative and organizational support to a department or group of professionals. You will assist with documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks to ensure efficient office operations and compliance with internal procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to departmental staff and project teams.
  • Compile, collect, and analyze data for reports and presentation materials.
  • Prepare charts, graphs, tables, and other documentation for internal use.
  • Manage document processing and maintain accurate records according to company standards.
  • Handle routine correspondence and written communications following established procedures.
  • Support scheduling, organization, and coordination of meetings and activities.
  • Ensure documentation and administrative processes comply with company policies and business procedures.
  • Follow all site and client-approved safety procedures when performing tasks.

Essential Duties and Job Functions:

  • Compose straightforward written descriptions and maintain clear documentation.
  • Manage records, files, and documentation in accordance with document management standards.
  • Prepare administrative forms, reports, and supporting materials as needed.
  • Respond to routine communications and administrative requests.
  • Assist with organizing departmental schedules, meetings, and workflow.
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and safety guidelines.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong organizational and administrative support skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to collect and organize data for reporting purposes.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured office environment.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 0–5 years of experience in administrative support, reporting, or office coordination.
  • Experience preparing reports, managing documentation, and supporting office operations is preferred.
