An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading Australian organisation as they continue to invest in their digital and eCommerce capabilities.
Working within a fast-paced delivery environment, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to shape and deliver enhancements across customer-facing web and mobile platforms.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operating in a techno-functional capacity, combining strong business analysis skills with a solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and digital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand, define, and document requirements
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with development, architecture, product, and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Analyse existing processes, systems, and integrations to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the delivery of digital initiatives across web, mobile, and online customer channels
- Document API requirements, integration points, data flows, and system interactions
- Assist with solution design discussions and provide input into technical decision-making
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and support delivery teams throughout implementation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, Techno-Functional Consultant, or similar role
- Strong experience working on digital, eCommerce, web, or mobile application projects
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system interfaces
- Ability to engage confidently with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience documenting business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
Desirable Experience
- Experience within large-scale enterprise environments
- Exposure to customer-facing digital products and platforms
- Knowledge of retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel environments
- Familiarity with integration patterns and modern digital architectures
