Position Overview
Power Generation’s Adoption and Sustainment team is transforming how the enterprise executes change management. This team primarily supports the generating fleet (wind, solar, fossil) with technology-focused projects in AI, automation, and data integration. The ideal candidate will establish reusable change assets, implement sustainable and scalable processes, and leverage data to drive actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead medium to large special projects, including quantitative and qualitative research, process design, and report development.
- Apply standardized tools and techniques to collect, analyze, and present data for business insights.
- Conduct extensive data analysis, market intelligence, and modeling to support business strategies.
- Transform qualitative information into structured quantitative datapoints for demand modeling, locational analysis, segment analysis, growth modeling, and propensity modeling.
- Drive projects to enhance customer data environments with improved tools and capabilities.
- Manage large-scale business analysis projects, driving efficiency improvements and process automation.
- Ensure data integrity and governance, aligning with industry standards and business objectives.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques for market trend analysis, growth modeling, and risk assessment.
- Apply statistical modeling and data visualization techniques to provide insights to senior management.
- Review cost models, identify process improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment with project and customer goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 11–15 years of experience in business process optimization, data governance, and financial modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL, SOQL, Jira, and Excel for advanced data analysis and reporting.
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for AI, automation, and data-driven decision making.
