Position Overview:
The Business Services Tech – Level 3 provides critical support for insurance administration, financial coordination, and accurate accounting processes. This role ensures smooth procure-to-pay operations, accurate reporting, and compliance with company policies, while partnering with multiple internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with project teams on procurement: purchase orders, requisitions, and full procure-to-pay support
- Track insurance costs and execute month-end accruals for accurate financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting methodologies in coordination with the accounting team
- Maintain and update master data across systems to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and distribute memos required under financing agreements, coordinating with project managers, site personnel, finance, and business management
- Facilitate executive signatures on required documentation
- Maintain organized insurance tracking and financial data systems
- Monitor and validate insurance-related cost flows
- Provide cost analysis and financial support to insurance providers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP financial modules
- Knowledge of month-end accrual processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
