Change Manager - AI Transformation
We’re partnering with a leading organization to hire a Change Manager to drive enterprise-wide AI and business transformation initiatives. This is a high-impact role for someone who can balance strategy with execution and lead complex programs from concept through adoption.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with senior leaders to define vision, scope, and measurable outcomes
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional teams
- Drive stakeholder alignment and lead governance forums (SteerCo, working groups)
- Develop and execute change strategies to ensure adoption and long-term success
- Track benefits realization and adjust delivery to stay on course
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level change or transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (exec-level exposure)
- Expertise in project/change methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Ability to translate business goals into clear execution plans
- Experience with technology-driven initiatives (AI exposure is a plus)
- Background in financial services preferred
- Familiarity with tools like Jira/Confluence is a plus
