The opportunity
As a Client Partner (CP), you will be the subject matter expert and lead on our end-to-end delivery of global workforce solutions. You will be part of the pre-sales process, demonstrating to clients why our capability to deliver staffing projects is world-class.
You will take full control and accountability of our client and candidate engagement after commercial terms have been agreed. Projects will include SOW's, Contractor resources, Perm team builds and embedding best practices into our clients' recruitment processes.
You will have proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle of global workforce solutions. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to search, engage and close candidates. You will have primary and secondary areas of expertise regarding skill sets and build talent teams for future projects.
You will relish being a public subject matter expert in your skill sets, attending conferences, workshops and forums to promote both your knowledge and our business. Through your stakeholder management skills, you will identify new opportunities within our clients, build relationships, and offer solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who comes from a 360-degree recruitment environment and is now looking to advance their career by expanding core Client Partner skills.

What you’ll be doing
- Project ownership: Own and deliver staffing projects for our clients. To include delivery of candidates, people strategies and value-added services.
- Customer Service: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Client Engagement: Engage with senior-level clients to provide insights, market knowledge, and strategic guidance.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your captured client base, via new relationships and networking.
- Market Insights: Continuously monitor industry trends and provide clients with timely and relevant information.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Thought Leadership: Position yourself and the company as thought leaders in the industry through speaking engagements, publications, and other channels.
- Leadership: Manager, motivate and support delivery teams allocated to your clients/programmes.

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in client engagement, managing staffing projects and ability to deliver to timeframes.
- Experience in working towards SLA's both internally and with our clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of successful contract negotiation and business growth.
- Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for product development and value-added services.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Demonstrated thought leadership through industry engagement and knowledge sharing.
- Deep knowledge of the sector you will be focusing on, with the ability to provide valuable insights and market knowledge.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level clients.
