The opportunity
We’re searching for a commercially sharp, consultative Client Partner to join our Technology recruitment practice. You’ll build and manage strategic client relationships, helping high-growth and global organisations scale the engineering, product, and data teams that power tomorrow’s world.

What you’ll be doing
- Develop and manage strategic client partnerships across the technology sector
- Consult with senior stakeholders to create tailored recruitment strategies
- Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment projects for senior and technical roles
- Identify new business opportunities in high-growth and emerging markets
- Collaborate with a skilled delivery team to connect clients with top talent
- Keep pace with technology trends in AI, data, cloud, and software to act as a trusted advisor
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in technology, digital, or data-driven markets
- Demonstrated skills in business development and client relationship management
- Confident communicator with a consultative, commercial mindset
- Passion for technology, innovation, and growing ambitious businesses
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus if you’ve supported PE/VC-backed scale-ups or large-scale digital transformation
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems a plus
