A leading international law firm is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join its growing Corporate and Acquisition Finance team in London.
The team acts for banks, sponsors, corporates, credit funds and alternative lenders on complex domestic and cross border transactions, with a particular focus on data centres, digital infrastructure and other technology enabled assets. The wider practice covers acquisition and event driven financings, investment grade lending, asset backed and receivables financings, trade finance and general corporate treasury matters.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ PQE
and strong transactional and corporate / acquisition finance experience gained at an international or leading UK firm. Experience in data centres, digital infrastructure or related sectors would be of interest, although this is not essential. Strong academics, commercial awareness and a genuine interest in business and finance will be important, alongside the ability to work effectively within a collaborative and ambitious team.
