Requirements:
- Paralegal experience within Corporate and/or Funds practice areas.
- Experience gained at an international, regional, or offshore law firms.
- Strong understanding of corporate transactions, fund structuring, and related documentation.
- Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English) strongly preferred.
- Open to candidates at all levels of experience.
