Digital Business Analyst
Location: Sydney
Contract: $800 per day

· We are partnering with a globally recognised brand undergoing a significant digital transformation. The organisation is investing heavily in its digital channels and customer experience, including a major overhaul of its eCommerce ecosystem.
· As part of this journey, they are looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst to work across web, mobile and eCommerce initiatives, helping shape the future digital experience for millions of customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
· Gather, analyse and document business requirements across digital, mobile and eCommerce initiatives
· Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, product teams, UX designers and technology teams
· Analyse and map current-state and future-state customer journeys and business processes
· Create user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and process documentation
· Partner with product managers and development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
· Support the redesign and optimisation of a large-scale eCommerce platform
· Work across web, mobile app and digital customer experience initiatives
Experience
· Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital, eCommerce or online customer-facing environments
· Experience working across web and mobile application projects
· Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, customer journeys and digital ecosystems
· Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
· Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills
· Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams
· Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or platform modernisation initiatives
Highly Regarded
· Experience working for large consumer, retail, marketplace or global organisations
· Exposure to digital product delivery, UX/UI initiatives or customer experience projects
· Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud or similar
