SUMMARY/ PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Enterprise Project Manager, will be responsible for leading and managing enterprise IT projects that drive Tuff Shed, Inc.’s strategic initiatives. This role will focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Additionally, they will manage project lifecycles, coordinate resources, and support the successful deployment of technology solutions that enhance the experience of team members and customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Enterprise Project Manager is required to: Share Tuff Shed’s Vision Value Statement of Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Teamwork and Ownership, as well as practice Tuff Shed’s Business Ethics and Conduct Policy of using good judgment based on high ethical principles.
The essential functions for this position include but are not strictly limited to:
Plan, execute, and deliver Enterprise projects:
· Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
· Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, resource allocation, risk management, and deliverables.
· Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
· Track project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
· Ability to navigate uncertainty and facilitate discussions that encourage team members to think critically, ask deeper questions, and consider alternative solutions.
Support business and technology initiatives:
· Lead and deliver key initiatives involving Application Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Support teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and set realistic objectives.
· Ensure all projects meet the quality standards set by Tuff Shed, Inc. and comply with security and compliance requirements.
Manage communication and collaboration:
· Facilitate effective communication across project teams, vendors, stakeholders, and leadership.
· Conduct project meetings, including kickoffs, stand-ups, and post-implementation reviews.
· Promote team collaboration by encouraging knowledge sharing and cross-training within project teams and related departments.
Vendor and budget management:
· Assist the Manager, Digital Service Delivery in managing project budgets and procurement processes.
· Coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery of products and services in accordance with project requirements.
· Manage licensing, contracts, and vendor relationships to support project goals and organizational standards.
Risk management and issue resolution:
· Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
· Resolve project issues promptly, escalating critical matters to leadership as needed.
· Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the project and that lessons learned are captured for future reference.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS – (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
To perform this job successfully, the Enterprise Project Manager must be able to carry out each of the above essential functions/tasks/responsibilities/duties satisfactorily, as determined solely by Tuff Shed management. · Strong project management skills and experience, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

· Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar).
· Familiarity with IT frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, especially with a focus on implementation of ERP systems.
· In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, architectures, functionalities, and implementation.
· Experience in Change Management with a focus on adoption strategies.
· Exceptional skills identifying, communicating, and mitigating project risks.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors.
· High energy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Visio.
· Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form.
· Ability to prepare written correspondence and reports that are grammatically correct and create a professional image for Tuff Shed, Inc.
· Ability to effectively communicate with executives, management, suppliers, customers, employees, and commercial accounts in a wide range of situations.
· Ability to effectively present information orally in one-on-one and small group situations to company leadership, customers and other employees.
EXPERIENCE
· Proven experience concurrently managing 4-5 complex Enterprise projects across many business verticals and in complex technical environments.
· 5 or more years of project management experience implementing leading-edge Enterprise Technologies in a highly complex environment.
· 2 or more years of business analysis experience in finance, manufacturing, or sales processes
· Experience in creating and managing UAT
· Expertise in Enterprise software such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, PowerBI or Salesforce is highly desired.
· Experience implementing solutions deployed in the cloud is highly desired.
· Experience managing budgets, licensing, and vendor contracts.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
· EDUCATION
o Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· CERTIFICATIONS
o PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
