- Strong project management skills and experience, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar).
- Familiarity with IT frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, especially with a focus on implementation of ERP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, architectures, functionalities, and implementation.
- Experience in Change Management with a focus on adoption strategies.
- Exceptional skills identifying, communicating, and mitigating project risks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- High energy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Visio.
- Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form.
- Ability to prepare written correspondence and reports that are grammatically correct and create a professional image for client
- Ability to effectively communicate with executives, management, suppliers, customers, employees, and commercial accounts in a wide range of situations.
- Ability to effectively present information orally in one-on-one and small group situations to company leadership, customers and other employees.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience concurrently managing 4-5 complex Enterprise projects across many business verticals and in complex technical environments.
- 5 or more years of project management experience implementing leading-edge Enterprise Technologies in a highly complex environment.
- 2 or more years of business analysis experience in finance, manufacturing, or sales processes
- Experience in creating and managing UAT
- Expertise in Enterprise software such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, PowerBI or Salesforce is highly desired.
- Experience implementing solutions deployed in the cloud is highly desired.
- Experience managing budgets, licensing, and vendor contracts.
