Role:
· Coordinate and support the onsite rollouts of a new Content Management System across a large, multi-site retail network, ensuring smooth cutovers, minimal operational disruption, and rapid issue resolution through close collaboration with franchisees, store teams, and delivery partners.
· This is an office and field base role with travel required across Australia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinate pilot and rollout schedules alongside multiple retail vendors, and field teams to secure access windows and minimise disruption to trading.
· Act as the primary on-the-ground contact during deployments, attending sites during key cutover windows where required.
· Ensure store readiness requirements are completed prior to deployment.
· Run and validate readiness and cutover checklists (site access, hardware confirmation, communications, escalation paths, fallback plans)
· Confirm deployment readiness and provide go/no-go recommendations to the Product Lead.
· Coordinate external vendors including CMS providers, field technicians, and hardware partners to ensure correct resourcing, equipment, and instructions are in place.
· Triage and coordinate resolution of store-level issues during rollout and hyper-care (e.g. screens offline, incorrect content, playback failures).
EXPERIENCE
· Proven experience in deployment coordination, field rollout, or operations technology roles (multi-site retail highly preferred)
· Project Coordinator background within Retail or related industries would be considered
· Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
· Strong coordination and follow-through skills across scheduling, readiness checks, escalation, and issue closure
· Practical troubleshooting capability for digital signage, media players, connectivity, and playback issues
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors
· High attention to detail and disciplined approach to checklists and documentation.
· Flexibility to work outside standard hours during rollout windows (early mornings, evenings, weekends).
· Full Australian driver’s licence required.
· Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
