The firm has an exceptional global reputation, a market-leading Finance practice, and a consistent track record of advising on some of the most complex, high-value transactions across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to step into a high-performing, deal-driven environment with significant responsibility and exposure from day one.
The team advises a broad range of clients including major financial institutions, sponsors, corporates, and sovereign-linked entities on sophisticated cross-border financing transactions. The work spans leveraged and acquisition finance, structured finance, and Islamic finance, with a strong focus on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals across the Middle East and beyond.
This role offers the chance to work closely with leading partners on high-profile transactions, take ownership of key workstreams, and develop within a supportive but fast-paced and intellectually rigorous environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ PQE (Senior Associate level)
- Strong Banking & Finance experience
- Islamic finance experience is key
- Practicing at a top tier law firm
- Open to relocation or already regionally based
