We're currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a leading UK wealth management organisation, supporting a large-scale Financial Crime Client Remediation Programme.

This is a hands-on role combining data analysis, MI reporting and project governance, working closely with the Programme Manager to support the successful delivery of KYC/CDD remediation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reconcile large client data sets, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Produce MI dashboards, management reports and programme updates.
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs and action trackers.
  • Support governance forums, including meeting packs, minutes and decision logs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Financial Crime, Operations and the wider business.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation and reconciliation.
  • Experience producing MI and reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Financial Crime, KYC, AML or CDD processes.
  • Experience supporting remediation, regulatory or change programmes.
