Project Delivery & Governance

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex integration initiatives within a large, multi-workstream programme, from initiation through closure.

Establish and maintain robust delivery governance, including project plans, RAID management, reporting, and controls aligned with programme standards.

Own budgets, timelines, scope, and quality, proactively identifying and addressing risks and issues before they impact delivery.

Define, manage, and track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Integration & Change

Deliver complex integrations across systems, teams, and operating models, ensuring alignment with overarching programme objectives.

Partner closely with stakeholders across business, technology, and third-party delivery teams to coordinate integration activity and resolve cross-functional challenges.

Support change and transition activity, ensuring operational readiness, go-live success, and effective handover into business-as-usual.
Stakeholder Management

Build and sustain strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and delivery partners.

Provide clear, confident, and concise updates to programme and senior leadership forums.

Navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and conflicting viewpoints, influencing stakeholders toward effective, timely decisions.
Programme Support

Act as a senior, trusted delivery lead within the programme, contributing to continuous improvement of delivery approaches, tools, and standards.

Support programme leadership with escalations, planning, and overall delivery oversight as required.

Coach and support less-experienced project managers and team members where appropriate.
Hands-On Delivery

Take a pragmatic, hands-on approach to delivery, stepping in to unblock issues, produce outputs, and progress work when needed.

Operate comfortably at both strategic and detailed levels, switching seamlessly between senior-level oversight and hands-on execution.

Proactively identify gaps, risks, and delivery challenges, taking ownership to resolve them rather than waiting for direction.

Support teams directly by doing the work when required — including planning, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving — to maintain momentum.

Must-Have Skills

Extensive experience delivering large-scale, complex projects and integrations within a programme or portfolio environment.

Experience working across business and technology teams, including third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
