About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrators to join our global clients team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will focus on the administration of investment bonds, with some responsibilities supporting our pensions administration. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely processing of client accounts and investment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain investment bond transactions, including subscriptions, withdrawals, and fund switches.
- Support the administration of pension schemes, including record-keeping, documentation, and client communications.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to client and adviser queries regarding investment bonds and pensions in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, supporting audits and management reporting.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Operations and Investment teams to ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support ongoing system enhancements.
Requirements / Skills:
- Previous experience in financial services administration, ideally with investment bonds and/or pensions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills; ability to prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with administration systems is a plus.
