Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + Super
Organisation
· We're partnering with a well-established global organisation to appoint an experienced IT Service Management Team Lead to oversee a critical Service Management function during a six-month fixed-term engagement.
· This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Service Management professional to lead a high-performing team while driving operational excellence across IT Service Management processes, governance and continual service improvement.
· Leading a team of five IT Analysts, you'll work closely with technology leaders and senior business stakeholders to ensure IT services are delivered efficiently, risks are effectively managed, and ITIL best practices are embedded across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, coach and develop a team of Service Management Analysts, providing day-to-day leadership and direction.
· Drive the maturity and continuous improvement of IT Service Management processes aligned to the ITIL framework.
· Oversee Change, Release and Environment Management activities, ensuring robust governance and operational stability.
· Manage and optimise ServiceNow to support service delivery, reporting and process effectiveness.
· Monitor service performance, governance, KPIs and SLAs, providing regular reporting and actionable insights.
· Partner with senior technology and business stakeholders to drive service improvements and ensure business needs are met.
· Identify operational risks and implement initiatives to improve service quality, efficiency and customer experience.
Experience
· Proven experience leading IT Service Management or Service Delivery teams.
· Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practice ITSM governance.
· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
· Experience working within a law firm, legal services or professional services environment, with the ability to confidently engage and influence legal stakeholders.
· Demonstrated experience across Change Management, Release Management and Environment Management.
· Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently across both technology and business functions.
· Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
· Experience working within highly regulated or professional services environments will be highly regarded.
