IT Software Developer Analyst – Level 2 (SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Lead)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Lead with strong hands-on configuration expertise and a solid understanding of system integrations. This role will focus on recruiting systems, talent modules, and end-to-end integration support within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage all aspects of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, including:
- Job requisitions
- Application templates
- Candidate profiles
- Route maps
- Permissions
- Offer management
- Support and maintain integrations between Recruiting and Employee Central / Onboarding
- Work with Integration Center, APIs, and data mapping processes
- Manage and support modules including:
- Performance Management
- Goal Management
- Succession Planning
- Talent Intelligence Hub
- Troubleshoot and support integrations with third-party vendors (e.g., background checks, assessments, job boards)
- Handle inter-module integrations and data timing scenarios such as:
- New hires
- Internal hires
- Cross-boarding
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM)
- Deep expertise in system configuration (beyond functional usage)
- Strong understanding of:
- Integration Center
- Inbound and outbound data flows
- Recruiting to Employee Central / Onboarding integration points
- Experience supporting complex hiring scenarios, including:
- Internal mobility
- Cross-boarding
- Rehires
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
