Planner Assistant
Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week)
Duration: 2-Year Contract (potential to extend)
Pay Range:$32–$37/hour
Schedule: 8-hour shift, start time between 6:00–7:00 AM PST
Position Overview
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planner Assistant to provide administrative support to a large operations team. This role is heavily administrative and works closely with Service Coordinators to support field operations and streamline workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to department and team members
- Manage and coordinate calendars and scheduling
- Assist with permit documentation and project-related paperwork
- Prepare and process invoices
- Answer and route phone calls; support internal and external communications
- Coordinate meetings and conferences
- Maintain financial and operational records
- Sort and distribute mail; manage office supplies
- Support Service Coordinators with special projects and operational initiatives
- Assist with efforts to streamline fieldwork operations
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
