Private Wealth Associate / Senior Associate | 6+ PQE | Jersey
I’m working with a leading offshore law firm in Jersey that is looking to strengthen its Private Wealth practice with a Senior Associate.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 6+ PQE and a strong background in private wealth, trusts or private client work to join a highly regarded team advising high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees and professional fiduciaries.
The role will involve working on a broad range of sophisticated private wealth matters, including trusts, estate and succession planning, family governance and complex structures, with significant exposure to high-value and often cross-border work.
The opportunity:
- Senior Associate level
- 6+ PQE
- Strong Private Wealth / Trusts / Private Client experience
- Experience advising HNW and UHNW individuals and families
- Exposure to complex and international structures
- Opportunity to work closely with leading practitioners in the Jersey market

The ideal candidate:
- Qualified in a recognised common law jurisdiction
- 6+ years' post-qualification experience
- Strong technical private wealth / trusts background
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Comfortable handling complex, international matters
- Interested in developing their career within a leading offshore practice
