Entry-level laboratory support role responsible for executing routine tasks under supervision. This position involves basic data collection, equipment upkeep, and collaboration within a team environment while following established procedures and instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine, well-defined tasks with supervisor guidance
- Apply basic knowledge within a specific technical or scientific discipline
- Conduct low-complexity data collection and hands-on lab activities
- Use project collaboration tools and systems
- Support troubleshooting activities as needed
- Execute tasks based on written instructions provided by supervisor
- Assist with stocking lab supplies and maintaining laboratory equipment
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Build working relationships with immediate team members and cross-functional partners
- Recognize internal stakeholders and understand their needs and expectations
- Communicate observations, findings, and progress to supervisor and team
- Confirm understanding of instructions and proactively seek clarification when needed
