PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE
LOCATION: Juno Beach, FL
DURATION: 12-Month Contract
PAY: $21-26/hr
Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support day-to-day procurement and sourcing activities, ensuring efficient and compliant purchasing of goods and services. Key responsibilities include:
· Supporting procurement activities and sourcing initiatives from request through completion.
· Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, specifications, budgets, and timelines.
· Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to support sourcing events and procurement transactions.
· Preparing and issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers.
· Supporting purchase order creation and processing while ensuring alignment with approved quotes and budgets.
· Processing change orders related to scope, cost, or schedule adjustments.
· Maintaining accurate procurement documentation and records.
· Supporting contract administration activities, including renewals, amendments, and tracking.
· Maintaining positive and professional relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
· Partner with business units to understand project scope, specifications, procurement requirements, and timelines.
· Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding procurement processes, procedures, and policy requirements.
· Coordinate across internal teams to resolve procurement issues and support timely delivery of goods and services.
· Prepare and issue RFQs to qualified suppliers.
· Coordinate supplier communications, questions, clarifications, and bid submission timelines.
· Track, organize, and maintain supplier proposals and supporting documentation.
· Support basic commercial evaluations of supplier bids and proposals.
· Create and process purchase orders within the procurement system.
· Review purchase orders to ensure alignment with approved quotes, budgets, specifications, and requirements.
· Process change orders related to changes in scope, cost, or schedule.
· Ensure appropriate approvals and supporting documentation are obtained for change orders.
· Maintain accurate revision history and documentation for procurement changes.
· Maintain procurement records, including supplier quotes, purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.
· Assist with contract administration activities, including renewals, amendments, and contract tracking.
· Follow established procurement policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
· Communicate with suppliers to address questions, resolve issues, and support timely delivery.
· Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Education & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field preferred.
· Experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
· Experience supporting RFQs, purchase orders, supplier communications, or contract administration is a plus.
· Familiarity with procurement systems and purchasing processes preferred.
· Experience working with vendors and internal business stakeholders is desirable.
