Job Description:


Seeking an experienced IT Product/Project Manager with expertise in employee experience, communication, and collaboration applications. This role supports enterprise-wide digital workplace initiatives aimed at improving employee onboarding, offboarding, and cross-functional collaboration.

As a key member of the Enterprise Productivity Apps team, you will define, design, and implement custom solutions while managing a diverse application portfolio. You’ll work cross-functionally with architects, admins, engineers, vendors, and executive leadership to drive solution delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from planning and execution to closure, across workspaces and digital initiatives.

  • Apply Agile and traditional project management methodologies to deliver on scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Define technical and business requirements; create and maintain all project documentation.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as a central point of communication for stakeholders and vendors.

  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, KPIs, risk assessments, and success metrics.

  • Conduct vendor evaluations, manage RFPs, and maintain critical third-party relationships.

  • Track project status, resolve issues, and escalate risks as needed.

  • Lead project teams using critical thinking, clear communication, and adaptability in a matrixed global environment.

  • Support audits, compliance, and documentation best practices.

  • Provide regular reporting to leadership and ensure lessons learned are captured at project close.

  • Partner across departments (e.g., engineering, finance, creative, compliance) to support collaborative systems and scalable process design.

  • Perform data and systems analysis; optimize processes using tools and insights.

  • Maintain operational excellence through ongoing documentation, issue resolution, and system integration improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong financial, technical, and data analysis skills.

  • Experience in Agile development environments.

  • Familiarity with employee productivity tools, construction/retail buildouts, or digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing complex projects in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
