Job Description:
Seeking an experienced IT Product/Project Manager with expertise in employee experience, communication, and collaboration applications. This role supports enterprise-wide digital workplace initiatives aimed at improving employee onboarding, offboarding, and cross-functional collaboration.
As a key member of the Enterprise Productivity Apps team, you will define, design, and implement custom solutions while managing a diverse application portfolio. You’ll work cross-functionally with architects, admins, engineers, vendors, and executive leadership to drive solution delivery in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from planning and execution to closure, across workspaces and digital initiatives.

Apply Agile and traditional project management methodologies to deliver on scope, timeline, and budget.

Define technical and business requirements; create and maintain all project documentation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as a central point of communication for stakeholders and vendors.

Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, KPIs, risk assessments, and success metrics.

Conduct vendor evaluations, manage RFPs, and maintain critical third-party relationships.

Track project status, resolve issues, and escalate risks as needed.

Lead project teams using critical thinking, clear communication, and adaptability in a matrixed global environment.

Support audits, compliance, and documentation best practices.

Provide regular reporting to leadership and ensure lessons learned are captured at project close.

Partner across departments (e.g., engineering, finance, creative, compliance) to support collaborative systems and scalable process design.

Perform data and systems analysis; optimize processes using tools and insights.

Maintain operational excellence through ongoing documentation, issue resolution, and system integration improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong financial, technical, and data analysis skills.

Experience in Agile development environments.

Familiarity with employee productivity tools, construction/retail buildouts, or digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
