Duration: 12-Month Contract

Pay Range:$28.50–$33.50/hour


Role Overview

The Domestic Content Adder (DCA) will work remotely to support domestic content compliance for renewable energy projects. This role involves reviewing, validating, and tracking documentation required to substantiate eligibility for the Domestic Content Adder.

The DCA is responsible for receiving and organizing contractor and vendor submissions, verifying completeness and accuracy against project-specific requirements, and coordinating the resolution of any deficiencies. The role also ensures audit-ready documentation, maintains version control, and prepares status reports highlighting risks, trends, and outstanding items.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review, organize, and validate all documentation related to DCA requirements (e.g., contractor submissions, compliance attestations, supporting records).
  • Perform detailed checks for completeness and accuracy, including:
    • Signatures and dates
    • Entity names
    • Required attachments
    • Calculations and totals
    • Consistency across documents
  • Identify discrepancies or missing items and issue clear deficiency notices with deadlines for corrective action.
  • Maintain audit trails and tracking logs, including intake dates, review status, version history, and resolution tracking.
  • Prepare and present periodic status reports outlining:
    • Open items
    • Risk areas
    • Aging items
    • Trends and recommended actions
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to clarify requirements and resolve documentation gaps.
  • Enter and reconcile document review outcomes in tracking systems or dashboards, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Adapt to project-specific documentation requirements and communicate expectations clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in:
    • Business
    • Finance
    • Accounting
    • Supply Chain
    • Construction Management
    • Or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in:
    • Compliance
    • Audit support
    • Document control
    • Contract administration
    • Or similar detail-oriented roles
  • Experience in renewable energy projects is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with:
    • Tax credit documentation
    • Domestic content requirements
    • Audit readiness practices
  • Working knowledge of procurement and supply chain documentation, such as:
    • Purchase orders
    • Invoices
    • Bills of materials
    • Manufacturer certifications
    • Origin/traceability records
  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Document management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
