Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead and support enterprise-level organizational change initiatives focused on storm mission operations, field readiness, and technology transformation. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading multiple change management initiatives, including:
o Supporting StormForce / Plexus enhancements.
o Driving Salesforce adoption across operational teams.
o Enabling AI and agentic technology rollout.
o Supporting storm readiness and emergency response transformation. - Developing and executing structured change management strategies using the Prosci / ADKAR framework.
- Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new operational processes and technology platforms.
- Driving readiness and adoption across field crews, logistics teams, and storm mission stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
- Lead change management strategy for storm mission transformation initiatives, including StormForce / Plexus enhancements and AI-enabled storm operations.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication planning, training development, and resistance management activities.
- Partner closely with Emergency Preparedness, PDIT, and field leadership to align change delivery with operational readiness milestones.
- Drive adoption of new tools, workflows, and technology solutions across field operations and logistics teams.
- Build and maintain training materials, playbooks, and support documentation for storm-season readiness.
- Provide change leadership for AI and agentic use case rollouts, translating complex technical changes into practical adoption plans.
- Coach leaders and teams through organizational transitions while building internal change capability.
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives in Agile delivery environments.

- Strong change management and organizational transformation expertise.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Executive-level communication and presentation ability.
- Strong problem-solving and operational planning capability.
- Experience managing resistance and adoption across large operational teams.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, mission-critical environments.

Education & Experience:
- 10+ years of change management experience on large-scale operational or technology programs.
- Prosci certification required.
- PMP or Agile certification preferred.
- Proven experience in utility, energy, or emergency operations environments preferred.
- Experience leading change initiatives in Agile delivery environments required.
