Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, client-focused proposal content in response to RFPs and RFIs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Finance, and subject matter experts

Translate technical and scientific information into clear, accessible language

Ensure all content aligns with company standards and client requirements

Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
3+ years of proposal writing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
-
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
-
Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively
-
Experience with drug product and sterile fill-finish required
