Pay:$35-40/hr
We’re seeking a hands-on to assess the current state, define a future-state analytics vision, and deliver a practical roadmap. You’ll partner with internal teams to build scalable dashboards, datasets, and automated reporting solutions that support both day-to-day operations and longer-term capabilities.
The role will focus on improving data quality and consistency, enhancing performance visibility, and enabling more advanced, forward-looking insights using modern data platforms and analytics techniques.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards and data models (including Power Query, DAX, and data relationships)
- Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to build and optimize complex analytical queries
- Experience using Python and/or R to automate data preparation, validation, and reporting processes
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and/or SAP, and the ability to transform source data into usable analytical structures
- Strong documentation practices, including clear definitions of metrics, dataset logic, refresh schedules, and support processes
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver iteratively in an agile environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise data platforms or data warehouses (e.g., EDP or similar environments)
- Familiarity with Databricks (data processing, notebooks, pipeline development)
- Exposure to Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or Dataverse
- Experience developing standardized KPI frameworks or shared metric libraries across teams or departments
