Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for corporate positions across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers and internal recruiters to develop talent pipelines, manage candidate relationships, and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Conducting phone screens and candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
- Supporting full-cycle recruitment activities and collaborating with internal recruiting teams.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Promoting employer brand and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular updates on hiring activity and pipeline progress.
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
- Source candidates through multiple recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct candidate outreach, phone screenings, and preliminary interviews.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with position requirements.
- Submit qualified candidates to internal recruiters for further review and consideration.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Create and post job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Maintain detailed candidate records and recruitment activity within Taleo and other ATS platforms.
- Track sourcing efforts, interview progress, candidate feedback, and hiring outcomes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies and procedures.
- Prepare and communicate recruitment reports, metrics, and hiring updates.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including Taleo or similar platforms.
- Experience utilizing job boards, social media, and other recruiting technologies.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate recruiting experience required.
- Experience recruiting for corporate and professional-level positions preferred.
- Experience working in a corporate environment highly preferred.
- Experience utilizing ATS systems and recruitment technologies required.
- Experience with Taleo is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS, or related recruiting certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience supporting Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environments is a plus.
- Experience building talent pipelines and supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives.
