Organisation
We are partnering with a purpose-driven Not-For-Profit organisation currently undergoing a major digital transformation program centred around the implementation of a new Client Management System (CMS) using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
As the program moves into a critical delivery phase, we are looking to engage two highly capable Business Transformation Partners to support process transformation, stakeholder engagement, change facilitation, and successful business adoption across the organisation.
Role
This role goes beyond a traditional Business Analyst position.
While strong business analysis and process mapping capability are essential, the organisation is specifically seeking individuals who can take a broader, holistic view of transformation — understanding how change impacts people, processes, technology, operations, and business readiness.
This role would suit someone with a blend of:

Candidates with Project Management experience will also be highly regarded, particularly those who understand how to coordinate broader transformation outcomes and navigate complex delivery environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) process analysis across key operational areas.
- Deliver detailed BPMN process mapping and identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align transformation outcomes.
- Partner closely with technology teams, implementation partners, and business leaders throughout the Dynamics 365 implementation.
- Support organisational change activities, including stakeholder engagement, change facilitation, training coordination, and business readiness initiatives.
- Act as a key conduit between business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption outcomes.
- Support the organisation through periods of change by proactively managing stakeholder expectations, resistance, and communication.
