· Partner with product and business teams to translate requirements into robust, extensible data models

· Contribute to data governance standards, documentation, and platform best practices

· Provide technical leadership within a team of highly experienced engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and collaborative solution sessions

What We’re Looking For

· Proven ability to design and operate large-scale, production-grade, high-performance data pipelines

· Hands-on experience with Delta Lake and modern data lake architectures

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
